Edit: actually yeah - but only on bosses like M High Command or Felhounds or one of the other ten encounters where their kit is massively superior to everyone else's over the last few years. Was cool when blizzard made an ST heavy dungeon and randomly decided to make them an ST spec as well.
If you can't see the wave they are riding it's only because you are on top of it. You are ilvl 350 though so probably raiding isn't for you
