Nah, I agree with op to a degree. WoW actually does have a dark side from the upside down sinners in the hidden part of Kara to the human faces in the skin used to make gnoll tents (you can see the faces).
I hate seeing parents complain about something and then that thing get changed because “it was offensive” like go away if you are offended by it don’t ruin it for other people. From bowls of fruit to Sylvanas’s outfit change when that dad or whatever cried about how it showed her belly.
It’s like the profanity filter, both sides should be happy since you can’t see the words with it on and the cusser can continue cussing but nope. Someone has to cry about it.
It’s a teen rated game, people should take accountability for their kids rather than just try to force people to change their content. Same goes for streamers and Youtubers, you get demonetized for cussing even if you have your channel set with the built in mature content warning feature, which they have to acknowledge and manually click in order to see your stuff. It’s quite frustrating. I don’t think WoW is super edge lordy but it did have some darker stuff.
