Over the past couple of days, I have run two Bountiful Tier 11 Delves that stated there would be a chest with 7 Gilded Undermine Crests at the end of the delve if lives were remaining. I didn’t die any on either delve and there was no Gilded Undermine Crest chest at the end of either delve. Character name Laturalus, Realm The Scryers. Please advise. Thank you for the help.

I have also encountered this issue. I made certain the gilded icon was available (before starting with less than 3/3 showing) and made certain this delve wasn’t a repeat run. No deaths as mentioned above and ran at T11.
