Happening again this week. Expecting to lose out on more KP feels bad. 
Same, still no LW prof quest again this week. Blizz aware of the problem and just ignoring it as usual.

As Zhoura just said - the weekly lw quest is back and it rewards 6 skill points. I didnt have to log out of the game for it to show.
It looks like it gives twice the normal amount of reputation as well.
Most likely not a regular occurrence, but it does correct the issue.
Interesting. I HAVEN’T been missing my LW’s quest, and got the usual reward, so I am glad they fixed it and recouped those it didn’t show for. I wonder why and how they knew.
