I purchased the highest-tier expansion and was promised one month of free gameplay.
However, from what I can see, you automatically charged me for the first month when I returned to play the expansion, and there was no free month provided.
In addition, I purchased a character transfer service, but despite trying every possible method, I still can’t complete the transfer (in-game name: Jeyshaman, transferring from Bathilas to Illidan).
Please check and assist me with this issue.

In account management, does it show when your current game time runs out?
Game time you earned from the expansion would be added to the end of any subscription or game time you currently have running.

When did you buy the expansion? The free month starts at time of purchase. Also are you getting an error message with the character transfer? Have you checked to see that the purchase went through on your purchase history?

From what I can see, Jeyditbu, you purchased the Midnight Epic Edition February 19th. It doesn’t look like you had any game time on the WoW license at that time so the game time included with that version would have kicked in immediately.
Looking at your account access it does appear that you were logging into the game between the 19th and now. It doesn’t appear that you were charged for a subscription until March 21st, which would be after the game time from the expansion would have run out.
As for the transfers. I can see two transactions for a 3 bundle of Character Transfers. The first is still pending authorization, so it hasn’t completed. The second one does appear to have completed.
It normally should appear on your account immediately (visible on your character selection screen in the upper right corner), but it can take up to 24 hours on occasion. Try restarting your client to see if they show up. If they do not, it might take several hours. If they do not after 24 hours, please submit a ticket under “Purchase Failure”.
Assuming you don’t want 6 transfers you will want to use the Refund option for one of the bundles. You might want to wait until the first transaction either fails or completes. You won’t be able to request a refund for it while it is pending and it may just fail and save you the step.
If it does complete, as long as the Transfer Tokens are unused and the request is made sooner rather than later, it should be automatically granted.
