No Forsaken Representation Is Better Than Having Calia

all the legion’s leaders are dead forever that’s why at the end of the legion the legion is permanently defeated.

KT is in shadowlands doing evil things, typical of old KT

first insults lorthemar and later she attacks calia, the horde leaders are defending calia from tyrande

kiro had to be there to be able to scratch behind his ears

She didn’t attack them she just threw some well placed insults, or shade if you will.:rofl:

actually the first to be on guard while insulting calia is tyrande.

The thing about Calia is she’s the least interesting version of a Light worshipping undead.

There’s Alonsos Faol or Leonid the Revered or fel, Sir Zelik, who are legitimately interesting. As they embrace that which is holy despite their unholy nature. That’s interesting.

But Calia is really undead in name only. The undead are cursed with an unnatural existence. They are of the shadow and hunger for the flesh of the living. They’re their own species in the setting.

Calia is, entirely her own thing, raised by some form of holy Naru necromancy. As her own thing I’m fine with her. But she should be a neutral party leader.

Can’t say that I blame her.

She has a lot of trouble with the night warrior and teldrassil, I understand why she acts that way.

She´s not blue only if you are either A) one of the “competent” -yup, that was sarcasm- writers destro… I mean, “writting” the lore of the game or B) don´t know how to read.

Cause a character that´s basically flavored by pure Alliance iconography (priest, human female NOT rotten, Church of the Holy Light) AND Alliance developed (I mean, she basically stayed with Anduin -the Alliance Supreme Leader- even before becoming the lore abomination she is, continue to stay with them Alliance AFTER becoming lolundead, specifically went to “save” the poor wittle NELF Dark Rangers and basically only knows two semi “regular” Forsaken because one (Voss) literally had to go look for her and two (Derek) was delivered by his sister the racial leader of the Alliance aligned Kul´Tiras) is ofc Alliance even if idiotic writers scream she isn´t because lulore.

So yup, kindly go bother someone else with your lack of reading comprehension and/or questionable ethics, Mr. Supposed “Forsaken Fan”.

Suggesting that Calia isn’t Alliance is absolutely baffling considering her background. She is the daughter of the man who founded the Alliance and had absolutely no prior relationship with anyone in the Horde until Legion, and that was when she was part of the Conclave, an organization structured like the Church of Holy Light and led by Alonsus Faol, her mentor and also one of the most venerated Alliance figures in history, one of Stormwind’s patrons and the founder of the Knights of the Silver Hand.

Even now as an undead and nominally the leader of the Forsaken, her closest personal relationships remain with Alliance figures, including Anduin and Jaina.

There is a reason why her presence in places like Orgrimmar is horribly awkward, and it’s because it’s obvious she doesn’t belong there.

Also it bears noting that Anduin cites Arthas as an “Alliance bad guy” to Saurfang, the Alliance literally has major settlements named after the Menethils, and the Menethils royal seal is also the Alliance PvP symbol and can be seen next to the name of every single flagged Alliance NPC

“Not Alliance” bruh the only way that she could be more Alliance is if she got unceremoniously killed by the Horde oh wait

I bet 10 bucks the people desperately defending her “status” as “Horde racial leader” are either pro Undead pally class or MHP in disguise.

Brotha, let me tell you something, if Valeera is standing next to the Horde in Anduin’s absence, that pretty much proves where her heart truly is. She could have stood apart from the Horde, in the middle or in the back but she stood with them. She probably joined Horde long ago and we don’t even know because they never mentioned it ingame.

What Wrynn Dynasty? Anduin has no heir and I don’t think there is any other Wrynn alive. The only Wrynn that’s alive is the one that’s shackled in Sylvanas’ Jailer tower. If Valeera is standing next to the Horde in Anduin’s absence, it’s a clear picture where she will be even after he dies. It’s pure logic.

Fix’d that for you.

You would think telling the actual story for the game… in the game wouldn’t be such a big ask but here we are!

Activision just phasing out the inhuman-looking Horde races to satisfy the Chinese market for bandy-legged levi-boob MMO models.

Everything about Calia is almost anti-forsaken. What originally brought forsaken together is the shared experience of being scourge. Everything was taken from them, their homes, lives, the ability to exact control over their bodies, and even their afterlife was taken. In exchange they got the dilapidated remains of the lives and homes, husks of what their bodies were, and the memories of all the atrocities that were committed against their will.

Calia was spared all of that. She hasn’t been there in the rebuilding of those homes, lives, and identitys but she’s expected to step in and lead? A whole host of individuals has been listed time and again, Belmont, faranell, Voss, and even Alexi Barov. All of which could do the job, have an established history with the faction, and dont force a genderbend anduin on us. He’s got holy bones and she has holy rot-resistant flesh and they are both super lame.

Dont lump forsaken pally with her. Forsaken pally would be a fun contradiction, she is just lame. We see undead scarlets throwing judgments around. That being said, if the only way to get forsaken pally is to bring her into the horde, I’d pass on the undead pally. She is that bad. Be a bummer though.

Also, MHP are losers, sunwalker and prelate are where its at. I can’t wait for lore confirmation that prelates did the pally schtick like 8000 years before humans.

I’m fine with Calia over nothing if she’s developed in an interesting way.
