The API is basically the scripting language that addons and macros are written in. The vanilla API allowed for making focus targets using scripts but did not outright have the ability to do so without developing macros or addons.
What I want to know is how classes, like mages, will be able to do focus CCs or like they used to be able to do with the changes. Or even how healers could do focus heals on a party member.
