The one where you turn into a duck? That was attached to the new quest this year, you get it at the end of the chain as well as the option to choose one color to turn into when used (like Pepe and his costumes).

Most of the holiday bosses you loot directly, so that loot can be traded with people who also tagged the boss. This time around they went with some convoluted questline system for no apparent reason.
Hopefully they add the boss drops to the vendor next year. Make the transmog items cost 100 chocolate and the carpet 1000 chocolate.

Dang that sucks bud, sorry to hear that you missed it. I ran the boss like 4 times and got the mount twice. Wish you could trade or sell them tbh.
