(Edited) Had trouble getting credit the first time but I did get credit the second time. Will do it on war mode weekly for the credit on the quests, etc. Thanks to everyone who gave advice and tips. Still think Blizzard needs to work on this a little more, I’m glad that they put some quality of life fixes on it like the mount thing the toy thing but could use more.
Try the event with warmode on, there’s a lot less people so it’s way easier to complete. The area is a sanctuary so you don’t have to worry about getting attacked or anything.
Thanks I was able to complete it a little less people just now with WM off but will do that next time. It’s how I got the Houlon mount!
