its many different classes that ive personally watched get 2 globaled from 100-0% over and over.

Sounds like a bunch of BUMs with no gear/hp. Basically every paladin you see just has perfect group comp for buffs and always gets a multi crit seal twist proc every fight and bubble is never on CD? And no healer is there to ever heal? It’s funny cause like every BG I do every person I try to kill just get’s insta priest bubble and healed.
The really funny part in a 1v1 a good ele shaman beats a good ret pally. It takes popping wolves to kit the bubble and playing like a coward and timing grounding totem to hoj and just frost shock kite and purge spam since their mana purging will out last the pallys mana cleansing the frost shock trying to gap close
using wolves to engage/disengage correctly is the one thing I see almost no shamans do. And then they go and complain on the forums about boomkins and paladins. “How can I run away from StArFaLL?!?”
I haven’t played with the t2 set myself, I stopped playing after P4. would you say current ret is stronger than p3 ele? like as far as having an impact on winning the game. interested to hear your take
i believe its 6 set coreforged (which is t1 set bonuses and t2 stats) and 2 pc draconic (which is just regular t2).
in terms of winning the game or not its a toss up depending on how many of each you stack .
having a pally for every flag to spin while waiting on reinforcements or to just buy time is very powerful.
if you know the way to do the 2 global it is more reliable that people actually say as i see people and have been done to myself get 2 globaled on the regular.
ele currently are highly reliant on wolves to a fault and are alot less durable without it up to a pretty big level.
if you have people to dispel or purge spam the pallies before they bubble or when bubble is down, you can counter the big damage but its often not as easy as all that and they offensively bubble to close and stick on people .
I don’t understand all the people that keep trying to hype the t2 set before p5 they nerfed being able to twist judgement so I don’t see the appeal in spamming judgment every 4 seconds and just being an AA bot.
Basically t1 6 piece removed all the skill from twisting and removed having to try to time the aa with the twist and judgment. Then t2 2 piece removes and downside of using judgment so basically they made ret playable at the peak performance openly accessible to everyone
I don’t think so. P3 ele pre damage nerf was really strong. You could just global people. The thing was you could kill ele a lot easier in p3 than you can now. I think ret is super strong but it is mostly because of bubble. Having the ability to ignore people and rush the back line is super strong.
The thing is that right now HP pools are really high. So people trying hard in full pvp gear with buffs/consume/standard. They legit have like 12-15k HP. As strong as a pally is. I can’t see them just being able to global people in a bubble window with the amount of HP people have esp if they have support healing them as well.
The biggest issue I have seen in BGs is def not boomkins/rets. And it’s not even shamans it’s just wote and other tank runes.
It is the tanky BUMs with tank runes that can just DELAY flag capping and it just makes capping flags so much harder you can be at a base just farming people but can struggle to cap because it just takes forever to kill tanks.
Seeing skeying shamans struggle to move around while you pop all CDs into them and they just get to stand there and not die because lol tank runes… It’s the most boaring thing of all time.

Just FYI, if you’re seeing a lot of CS Horde, most are not premade.

They are owning STV right now, its not even fun.
I agree with this and will add I think bubble and hoj make pallies strong. If you’re not wearing warlord pvp set, you will die within the hoj. The pvp set at least gives you some protection from pallies now.
Cant even get to the boomies before HoJ or five minute bubble goes off.

I don’t. I think when people are BUMs they lose to them. I think they are good. I think they do a lot of dam. But they are easy to focus and kill and they are easy to CC.
