The delay might be caused by millions of players all trying to claim the pet. No matter how robust a system might be, there will always be bottlenecks someplace.
I work hard to be able to buy my 4 monitors, just glad me wife is understanding about it.
Edit- Not to mention everyone got free money all of 2020 and so far 1 payment this year as well from Covid.

34 years old, so not sure how that makes me a kid, I dont have to pay taxes on it so that makes it free for me, nor does anyone have to pay it back.
I also worked during 2020 being a computer programmer My place didnt close and i still got all the payments they sent out. Wife also worked the whole time as well.

I worked all of 2020 as well and made enough that the wife and I didn’t qualify for this ,“Free money” you’re talking about. It’s not free, it comes from all of us paying taxes. Some of us a lot more than others.
my guess is once the donation is over thats when it wont be free anymore, or maybe a week after something like that. Would be nice if they left it free.

In the same boat here. I actually decided to cage my lvl 25 one between logins (have logged in a number of times) but it made no difference.
id go ahead and open a ticket, only bc that way your wait time wont be as long as others, even though im sure lots of people have already opened one by now.

all this drama could have been avoided by simply showing a little patience.
It did take some people a few hours extra to get them for some reason but I got all 3 of mine instantly.
