i wouldnt have a issue it blizzards blue posts saying how to fix it actually fixed it and it doesnt and they know this and havent posted a update saying we know about a issue etc etc, instead they are just ignoring peoples posts.

i have 4 monitos so games on 1 movies on 2nd browser is on 3rd and 4th is weather radar

if there is an issue which is preventing the item from being delivered, they need to track that issue down. There are currently thousands of people attempting to claim this thing at the same time. There are going to be delays.

If they didn’t want people to open tickets they shouldn’t have put the make ticket item right beside the claim pet in the store - saying having trouble - here make ticket…

i wouldn’t know about it… i claimed mine without issue.
i can’t see the notification.

i CAN however, see all the posts from people saying that logging out and waiting 10 minutes or so fixed it.

bingo, im sure they also have thousands by now, they could of massed tested it to make sure it s ready and good to go before making it claimable.

and you also know that this exact same thing happens every time there is a new store pet/mount available… right?

when there is a new pet and mount and I get it I always get it right away no delay not once ever.

I had one previously but I should still be getting another based on other posts. I claimed through the shop, existed bnet completely, cleared my cache, waited and logged back in and nothing.

So maybe the people who never wasted gold on getting the first one are having it easy.

How it is not possible to test that stuff, they can do it internally. They really shouldn’t need to have 100k testing it on the PTR for it to work.

well you were one of the lucky ones… all those times.

because CS is always flooded with reports of delays, with any new store addition.

if you have already taken all the steps which were suggested and it hasn’t worked, it would be best to stop spamming the other thread with posts about blizzard being incompetent, and patiently wait for an update.

i’m not sure how you think internal testing can be used to test something like this… especially with all the things which can go wrong when external systems are involved… combined with all the other variables.
