This is true, but despite that, I think they could have fleshed him out more. Let us do things with him equivalent to that of what we did with Garrosh. Hell, the Twilight Highlands quest opener for Horde was really fun. I really wanted something like that with him. The potential was there for events like that and more.

From what I understand, yes. I’m on the boat that they could have done better with him. Making him a temporary world boss was also terrible. Boss fight, sure. FOMO content, absolutely terrible.

I didn’t cry about anything and never asked for any customizations in my entire time playing this game as far as I can remember, so I’d appreciate not being broadstroked.
It’s not like Blizzard just decided to only add in three ethnicities. Their models are incredibly simple, and as someone that is actually modifying and animating those models as I type this out, the level of intricacy needed to distinguish ethnicities with small distinct features would be difficult, but I explicitly recall the announcer as Blizzcon stating that the design team would be working on more ethnic options than the ones they showcased before Shadowlands released. Due to them probably not wanting to swamp players in cosmetic choices, I doubt they’re going to add many more distinct ethnic options, but it’s pretty ridiculous to expect them to account for every visual combination of human that you know of.
