The deficit when Trump took office was 600 billion. It is now 3 Trillion. Not a single republican gets to hide behind some fake concern for fiscal responsibility anymore.

I live/work overseas for the government. Many of use here tend to get non US spouses.
Last stimulus payout those us who got our wives green carded (and therefore a social security number as well) got the extra check for them
Those without green cards and just a basic ITIN (to use use on tax forms but it is not a SSN) did not get the money for spouse. MOney for themselves and kids if the kids were registered US citizens.

Oh yeah. Trump was impeached and came within one vote of removal from office. There were 10 counts of obstruction of justice (felony) on the Mueller report but congress made a mistake and charged Abuse of Power instead. The only reason he didn’t get removed is because the Republican congress members are terrified to do anything against him. He has them by the balls and it may continue after he leaves if Trump is not in jail.
Trump’s #1 motivation for continuing to try to overturn the election is that he will be prosecuted by multiple entities and may go to jail. He loses Immunity on 1/20. Most likely prosecution for tax fraud as well. He is hiding now because he is terrified that pardoning himself may not work. No other president has tried it.
He knows he has committed several felonies. One of them is already proven to hush money payments to Stormy with campaign finances. If he succeeds in pardoning himself, it will only be applicable to Federal Crimes. The states can go after him and NY will be on the attack immediately.

Because Newt Gingrich did not allow Democrats to spend like crazy during his reign as speaker. Didn’t matter though. Bush came in after and ruined it all.

Imagine what could have been done if he had not been inhibited at every turn in his 4 years. We shall never know because instead of working for the people, congress spent their whole time fighting about whether Trump should have been president.

not surprised. already knew they won’t go above $600 yet can but don’t want to so were back at suffering. either way things gonna end up getting bad as well more businesses going out, etc… in my state they are expecting 50% of restaurants to shut down by april if tourism doesn’t pick up. people still out of jobs and we are #1 in the US for unemployment as well.
lucky we live Hawaii ah? get screwed either way. even at my job residency has dropped people dying but many moving out ( i work in a retirement home; pretty big one but also very expensive as well especially the neighborhood it’s in ).
