Anyone know when they plan to open up Horde on Nightslayer for character creation? seems like its only been alliance for awhile now.
Just a guess here, but probably when there are enough Alliance players that opening up Horde wouldn’t create a significant imbalance. Factions are locked in an attempt to keep the server balanced.

and yet from the title of your post it seems you already know why.
the faction balance is already in favor of the horde the alliance population would need to increase significantly for the pendulum to swing in the other direction.
No way to know other than to check every now and then. I suggest trying at the really early hours like 1 am approximately.

It’s actually still open, you just have to keep trying for a bit. We’ve still had new people making toons they just have to keep trying for a while until it lets them in
