get in line with the rest pal.
We got a long line…
they should have just made them more like the npcs…i mean that would have made the most sense.
oh well.
the worst aspect of them to me is that i don’t like their casting animation because it is the same as the nightelf one, which i also don’t like
Then after that, they should remove the “beard” from the heritage robe. Please.
They’re okay for melee specs, but I tried one as a caster and… nope.
They should do a lot more than that with the heritage armor. Like adding a robeless version, as the Belf one. And putting some detail on the pants, boots, gloves and belt to make them worth adding on other transmogs.
Exactly, I don’t understand why they can’t give an additional face option for the barber to make the character look more like Silgryn, or Valtrois since it already exists in the game. Their facial expression is very different from the playable characters.
The men look as bad as Male Night Elves. Oh wait.
Yes they used exactly the same “angry” faces for the playable characters, but the NPCs’ faces look quite different from Night Elves.
All the ARs need more customization options.
The void elves for instance need to be given more hair, face, and skin options, and then they should be deleted from the game like the cop out they are and quel’dorei put there instead like the alliance has been asking for 15 years.
After that, every AR needs way more face/ hair options, especially kul’tirans. Sure no one plays them, because no one wanted them, but it doesn’t help that you’re only options are different flavors of ugly.
Nightborne are also in serious need of additions. What genius thought to give every nightborne npc those glowing hands and then no way to get them on a player character?
What even is a lightforged dranei? I have no idea if ive even seen one in game, because theres virtually no visible difference.
I get that ars are supposed to be additional fluff and not main content but they’re all so incomplete.
Bump. I was so excited to play nightborne until i saw the playable models. When im in suramar, as a nightborne, id rather use the disguise than my own model smh
stop trying to justify blizzards laziness behind the nb model
I agree strongly with your observation about their running animation. It makes it seem like one is moving in slow motion, I don’t like it.
To be honest, if you can withstand male night elf, you can withstand male nightborne, Blizz put so little work on the male night elf(WoD Update)/nightborne that it’s laughable.
Female Nightborne are fine, though I do wish I had more skin colour options and hairstyles.
Male Nightborne (and Night Elves) need quite a few model tweaks and animation fixes.
I checked their customization options, yeah they are deeply lacking. I am an Alliance player due to that being where all my friends are, but even I can easily see that this shouldn’t be left so barebones.
Yeah. I really wanted to make a thin character who looked like Oculeth, with very fine facial features. The playable ones lack that. They have filled out cheeks. Not the aesthetic I wanted at all.
I love nightborne, but i do agree they could get some tweaks.
The faces dont need much, extend the chin, narrow the eyes, make the nose a bit longer. For faces like the one i like to call “witherscarred” (the face i am using here) it would be nice to add some lighting and shadow to make the face more gaunt without changing the model too much.
Please put chinplates in character creation, limiting it to pieces of the heritage is obsurd.
Make the male nightborn’s feet smaller. His thinner model makes him look like he has clown shoes on. Likewise make the hands a bit smaller.
Change the casting animations for males, heck give it to the night elves too, while youre at it, i shouldnt look like i am having a migraine while casting.
Maybe mke the shoulders smaller on the male. I kind of like them but it makes many shoulders look strange with his thinner body.
Make the females taller, she looks so short right now
Give us a jump flip
Make the female jump less floaty
give us more hair colours and skin colours. For hair its three colours of white, grey, and black. Nightborne could use some pure black skins as well.
I think their appearance is fine in a physical sense.
Their standing, specially makes is atrocious. Their run is horrible. The way they move is just not polished. They’re supposed to be some aristocratic race but it just feels blah.
I love my NB but the animations for them just make me not want to play it.
