Little over a hour ago my partner and I ran into this same issue. I playing a Blood Elf was able to get past “Hungry Work.” My partner playing a Nightborne was unable to. He’s tried abandoning and picking it back up, reloading, logging out, fully closing the game, and nothing has worked. Oculeth remains fully sated and unable to be fed by my partner’s Nightborne.
