Watching the Midnight release trailer, I noticed the Nightborne were using arcane cannons. Then I remembered, there is/was that subtle exchange between Jaina and Thalyssra back in BFA:
Thalyssra: ‘Lord Admiral, might I ask about the spellcraft you employed at Lordaeron? The levitating warship?’
Jaina: ‘Would you believe me if I told you it was a Kul Tiran trade secret?’
Thalyssra: ‘Summoning the ship, perhaps… but as for the enchanted cannons…’
As much as I dislike Jaina, I loved this little touch.
