It can get a tad annoying in high movement scenarios like I’ve stomped then we move to another pack of mobs before it can proc or come off c.d. Depending on the pattern though I find I can make it work to move out of most hazards on boss fights yet still retain my place on the blue lines.
The spirit form is nice for an extra movement in the maw as well as an “oh sh*t” button for negating fall damage if you time it right.
