What has and hasn’t happened? Did Zayhad the Builder not give you the quest to activate to mission table after the build period passed? Was the scroll to activate not present? After the scroll was activated, did the quest not complete, or did the table not appear in the correct place (outside where the Night Fae NPCs are doing their weapons training)?
