And in the warfronts when Turalyon and Liadrin were leads we had us paladin rivalry there. Who’s light was the best. For those who gave up on these Turalyon has some words for Liadrin. He was not happy with her choices. Not at all…
Why I love its the light is why arguments. There are several lights it seems. In BFA Turalyon and liadrin had very different views on the subject really. And each view justified to themselves their actions.
True… My point still stands though. So many people claimed that Elune is shadow, void or whatever have you, yet an artifact with her blessing managed to bring Light back into the heart of a Prime Naaru. If it were void or any other sort of magic, the reaction would most likely be completely different, especially since Light and Void are the primal forces, so even Arcane wouldn’t be enough to power it.
Nope. But Holy Light equals Holy Light. You HAD to have the LIGHT to fire up Light’s Heart. That’s the whole reason the Legion assaulted the Exodar. They wanted to kill off the resident Naaru to cut them off of Light’s Heart. Arcane didn’t work, else Khadgar would have done it all himself. They needed the Naaru for the powerful Light. Which Elune’s Tears supplied in spades. Funny that Elune works where only the Naaru should have.
It really is baffling seeing people beg for Night Elf paladins
Night Elf stans usually complain about how human centric everything is
You do know that nelf paladins would just be purple human paladins? Tauren are “sunwalkers” and Zandalari are “prelates” and yet they’re still portrayed as Silver Hand fanatics like humans and blood elves.
Unless they add in the concept of class skins, no thanks to night elf pallies.
Exactly? They wrote it, it’s their lore. If the lore declared that the Tears of Elune manages to power the heart of a Prime Naaru and that Khadgar assumes that Elune is the “mother” of the Prime Naarus, that means she is also related to the Light as a whole.
this is usually in regards to we get 200 new horse mounts per expac and they give us like 1 or 2 cat mounts. now the one in the vendor store is nice. But it ahs that damn currency to grind. Now if so desired being exalted all I can off 1 rep run done I get several horses.
Case of BFA it was a story where we were blown off to save the fatties for their navy. THe navy currently on the bottom of the ocean. Insult to injury really.
I cannot lie tho. That priestesses saber is absolutely fantastic.
I think a point people forget is that this would be a nice way to create more race based class niches. Nelves could use a silvery light, dark iron dwarves for example would be a firey type light, and Tauren through An’she (please blizz break the Tauren free of the Naaru trope) would be a solar almost orange light with their spells… and so on where it makes sense.
Other classes need to be looked at too, the heritage armor is nice, but it does nothing for class and race fantasy.
Elune’s light has been suggested to be rooted in the Light for ages. Most recently in Legion. Where it was hinted that she may have made the prime naaru xe’ra.
It’s just Elune’s light being used offensively… Jeez.
It makes no sense to have race restrictions anymore. You should just learn how to be a paladin from a dwarf or something. The same thing happened with monks. We made friends with the pandas and boom, even the humans got to be monks!
It’s not my fault you didn’t look around while you were there and notice the High Elves around you. That makes it even worse, but still not surprising.
Not true, just as being fel “infused” does not make the Blood Elves not High Elves, yet it changed them in certain ways.
Someone is upset. Don’t be mad, be glad.
There it is, NO U! How can you argue with the logic that you bring?
Let me reference your VERY FIRST POST TO ME IN THIS THREAD…
Oh the irony that you bring to the table and laughs you bring me.
As far as on topic…
Corrected yourself i see, hopefully you learned something along the way.
This is possible, although i am not so sure they are not High Elves just because they become infused with the Void, just as i think Blood Elves are still High Elves even though they infused themselves with fel energies.
He is almost always passive aggressive right from the start and then it goes down hill, just like we see here.
I notice you both have your profile’s set to private, that is interesting. You don’t happen to be an alt of Broflake are you? Someone told me awhile ago he has done that too, used his alts to make it look like he has people agree with him. Not accusing you, just curious that you two are the only ones with private profiles in this thread.
Until Blizzard says otherwise its more logical to assume they’ve just learned how to be Void Elves through the same process Alleria went through. She and Blizzard repeatedly say she is a Void Elf. Not a High Elf.
If we are being technical though, Blood and Void Elves are both High Elves.
I am not. I set my profile to private when someone started following me around threads trying to harass me. I honestly used to be very against hidden profiles for the same worries you show here. Didn’t want folk to think I was up to no good. lol
I don’t actually agree with Broflake on a great many things but I do respect his opinion. He has every right to say what he thinks and, as I said, I’ve only really seen him get passive aggressive or fighty when other folk come at him in kind.
