Night Elf heritage armor help

i have a NE DK and i cant seem to see the heritage armor quest i’m level 52 and to the reading long as i’m a NE and above level 50 i should be able to see it but i can not

Go to the embassy, Maiev is near the farm.

From wowhead

  1. You must be a Night Elf

  2. You must be level 50 or above

Once you meet these requirements, locate a scroll sitting by a table at the Stormwind Embassy to start the quest The Clarion’s Call .
