Let me give another example, it’s kind of a common meme that Mcdonald’s makes mistakes in orders often, or that the ice cream machine is always broken.
But do you ask people to take a photo everytime they go and the machine is broken, or keep their receipt everytime it’s a wrong order/mistake?
Normal people don’t really take pictures of everything every time something happens. I sneezed today. I took a picture of it. Like, no. You sneeze maybe once a day, doesn’t mean I take a picture everytime.
Except you claim that it’s happening “a lot” and that “all” off LFG is full of it. So it would’ve been pretty simple for you to log on right now and take a screenshot of it, if it’s happening with as much frequency as you claim. The reason you haven’t done that though is because it isn’t happening that much at all.
More apples to dogs. You sneeze once a day, but you said this is happening “a lot” and that “all” of LFG is partaking it. Why are you comparing it to something that happens once a day? Which is it, does it happen “a lot” or “maybe once a day”?
This is a good example, because like when your order is wrong, you’re more likely to remember that one experience because it was bad, but not the 30 other times that you got your right order with no problem.
Same with people asking for SWP gear for dungeons. You remember the few groups because they stand out, but aren’t thinking of the countless other normal groups running content without ever having to post an ad in LFG
That’s normal, though. One of the few mega server pros is that you can play at any time of day, but expecting normal sized servers to have enough groups running at 3AM to accommodate you is just an unrealistic expectation.
