That actress has high cheekbones and does seem suiting for an Elven role,
I can see it,
Sheâs very beautiful & well talented
These actor suggestions are awful.
All of the characters should be full CG with no known actor involved at all, just motion capture.
Perhaps the voice over acting along with WoWâs cinematic graphics might do
As far as a story like Warcraft goes, a movie or a series of movies canât really do it proper justice. I liked the Warcraft movie for what it was, but they tried to cram a ton of story into small amount of time. I think a Netflix/Amazon/etc series might be better for something like Warcraft. It just gives the writers/creators way more room to tell a longer story.
Thatâs part of it, but when Gulâdan used magic, it was all âhe cheated!!!â and thatâs not canon at all. Magic makâgora exist, but the basic rule is this:
Challenger challenges the warchief of the horde, and they both decide a weapon to use. Now hereâs what they left out - The challenger can decide what CANâT be used, if it is not said, you may use it. In the case of Thrall vs Garrosh, nowhere was it stated âno magic allowedâ, hence Thrall didnât cheat for example. Neither did Gulâdan, no one said âno magic allowedâ.
Makâgora involving magic users have been done before in the canon story of WoW many times.
Internationally money kinda not count because the percentage of that money that go into producers pockets is very small compared to money made inside USA. When you count only the net profit for producers that movie was a big monetary loss. Same happened to Alita.
No, it was a box office bomb. The studio didnât break even. There will never be another Warcraft movie, especially since the peak of its popularity was over 10 years ago (another reason the movie wasnât a success).
They probably couldnât even convince Netflix to do a series, and Netflix throws money people.
The big difference being Alita was actually a decent movie that got good reviews and is probably getting a sequel because producers recouped a lot of their expenses when it released digitally. Alita did well after the theaters. Warcraft did not.
Also doesnât hurt that the Alita franchise is produced and backed by James Cameron.
I really hope you are right since I just loved that movie.
I just looked for an update. Itâs in production but delayed due to coronavirus, full cast returning (Waltz, Rosa Salzar, Ed Norton, and Jai Courtney).
James Cameron wants it to be a trilogy.
genn liam neeson
mother elon musk
What you left out is the domestic box office was only 47 million. That alone kills any chance at a big budget sequel.
this. We need this movie.
What we need to find out first. When will the movie rights return to Blizzard from Legendary Pictures? Will Legendary try making a movie first? Will Blizzard look for a new studio? Will Blizzard attempt to make the movie on their own?
I wouldnât want anyone already famous/celebrity to do voice overs either.
Every time a well known name does a voice over, I recognize them and then the story is ruined because I know who it really is.
Immersion is broken.
I wish all of them would retire already. Give others a chance.
No actors outside of voice actors. Forget trying to make a movie with people and just animation. It is far more fitting to the world they are trying to create.
I want to see a movie done like the cinematics! It would cost too much tho probably.
Warcraft wasnât that bad but I want to see a different story and told just like it is in WoW
Youâd have 2 dollars for the rest of the movie budget.
tv series with blizzards cinematic team fully cinematic CGI and no live action
That too I suppose,
So many well talented actors/actresses out there and yet hardly known
