all they need to do is cap how high rift can be buffed for disc. the problem is the 4 set. it’s entirely the 4set and NOTHING, but the 4set
rift is buffed by penance for disc and devouring plague for spriest normally. the 4set allows void blast to buff rift as well. the problem?
voidblast has ZERO cooldown for disc. it’s a spammable button. spriest however is a 7s CD, 2 charges which is why the problem isn’t related to spriest too.
