News on changes to Premade Groups in Random Battlegrounds?

Most of us got tired years ago dealing with window lickers who would whine when told to stop road fighting/fighting in mid and decided to group up with other like-minded people to minimize the chances of getting into games with said window lickers.

It’s pretty normal human sociological outcomes.

You haven’t done anything meaningful in PvP. Honor level means nothing.

It’s not about grouping up. It’s about players getting 80-90%+ win rates. That’s cheating or throwing. Either way you’re ruining the game for someone else.

I haven’t seen any official discussion about it. Cross faction would fix this. Considering how long this has been going on, Blizzard simply doesn’t care.

You cheated. Your opinion is worthless.

so this number matters to you but hl doesn’t?

you dont have to win to have fun.

What a delusional response.

No, what matters is having fun. Fun happens when you face good competition and you have a chance of winning. When the outcome is uncertain, that’s what makes PvP great.

Queue sync groups work to remove that. They don’t want random, they want to win every time. So they stack their side with geared players and strong specs and key roles.

PvP is fun when there is a challenge. There isn’t a challenge when getting stomped or for the team doing the stomping. This isn’t complicated, we just want a fair game. That you trolls have to argue about this is beyond me, but I guess some people are just that pathetic.

Oh is the guy who couldn’t hit 2400 till blitz came out crying again?

Funny that.

then fight the premade teams.

Nah Mr. Blitz Grand Marshal is just a forum loudmouth. Him actually having to play epics would be a bridge too far.

great movie amazing cast.

I mean, that’s fair to be honest. It is frustrating to be sweating your butt off in a match then look and see 3 people AFK at your base.
So I understand why some people would want to be able to pick their teammates.

I just wish Blizzard would add a dedicated raid vs raid queue for epics so full teams could fight each other. Separate random solo/group players from the larger raids. And make epic battlegrounds cross faction with role balancing.

That would make everyone happy. PvP communities can have their handpicked teams that fight other communities, while solo and group players can have the random matches without premades.

In professional chess if someone has a 70% win rate they are disqualified for cheating.

All they have to add is cross faction queueing and random matchmaking to break up groups larger than 5-10 players. They don’t need to segregate queues, lower party size for PvP or ban people. Probably wouldn’t even take longer than one patch cycle to make.

Anything else is just going to increase queue times.

I logged onto the Midnight beta for the first time to get my character setup for the playtest tomorrow. The default UI is horrible, and I can’t find any way to improve it in the game options. I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about it because it seems barely playable to me.

If this is what Blizzard has for the UI after 2+ years of development time on Midnight so far, I can guarantee you it would probably take them a lot longer than one patch cycle to make a simple change like that. Even though I agree with you that they should, they seem to be having… Problems.

Getting stomped isn’t a challenge. I’m one player. You have what 300 blitz matches played and haven’t scratched 1600?

You cheated. You’re awful.

Any decent person would recognize that. These aren’t decent people.

Don’t explain yourself to the rat that couldn’t get above duelist until blitz came out for the free title.

over all my toons yep. i lose too many in a row i quit for the season. long ques and players who get titles just for showing up and winning half their games.

teach me.

I like how he continues to try convincing us that his definition of ‘‘fun’’ is the only definition.

Personally, I think stomping helpless pugs… is a lot of fun.

His definition of “fun” is forum pvping and calling people cheaters and being a pvp elitist. It’s hilarious. I ignored him after his last tantrum a few months ago but he still screams at me I guess
