This is good, but what about the future? If everyone is home perfecting their âSocial Distancingâ skills then now is the time to think about alternatives for Blizzcon. What if the corona virus returns in the fall (which is entirely possible)? And even if it doesnât, hasnât this self-imposed isolation led Blizzard insiders to consider all the fans who canât make Blizzcon in person? Sure, you have virtual tickets, but youâre a game company with MMOâs, mobile card game, battle arenas, so shouldnât have something special other than youtube videos?
Also consider this: if you create a convention MMO you could rent the servers out for other fan conventions, which would be a big PR boost and possibly lead to a whole new industry.

please extend this until shadowlands hits and it gets reduced to only 75% in shadowlands

Sorry no disrespect to you Cyres but been there done that and got the medicine for stress. I have no inkling to skill every weapon and skill up again. also the pally mount and warlock mount quest suck! Walking 900 miles to corpse is not fun anymore. I do support Blizz having this classic for Itâs fans! Just not for me lol. Have a good one

But you donât want to give a 100% rep bonus or literally anything relevant to end-game content, like bonuses for unlocking alt features or allied racesâŚ
So those of us who already have one of everything and are bored playing Classic instead, are just playing Classic. While I can see the good in baiting people into playing BFA in any way you can, and also encouraging people to remain isolated to prevent the spread of Covid-19, this does nothing for a large portion of your player base that tried leveling alts to keep things interested back when Mythic Jaina was bleeding edge content.

While I am sometimes critical of Blizzardâs decisions, I am 100% behind this one A great decision devs! This was all that was needed, not a level squish.

Blizz has taken a very responsible and intelligent approach to a very serious pandemic. Well done!
I hope that all of Blizzards employees and my fellow players take care of themselves and stay safe and healthy.
Just a suggestion, if you really want to make sure no WoW players leave their homes for a month, you could add a Winds of Friendship 50% Reputation buff for all those players doing catch up and those alt profession-gated recipes.

Not really what I asked though, is it.
I didnât say âWill it stack with heirloomsâ, but with Rested XP.
Now, Rested XP stacks with heirlooms, I managed to find that out later. And The new Bonus stacks with heirlooms. Thatâs in the article. Just not whether BOTH will stack.
Thereâs already a work-around in place.
If deep immersion is what youâre into it for, you just go to Stormwind and find the NPC that stops your XP gain.
Pick a level at which you feel comfortable questing a certain area, and stop leveling there.
When youâve done everything you can do, move on.
Example: If you want to do ALL the 20-60 leveling zones, you might stop at 40 (or 50 or 20, etc), and visit them all. Nothing stops you from doing that, and then the Bonus is meaningless.

Is this working? I am only getting about 1.5 bars per quest completion which doesnât seem any faster than normal.
