Did something happen? The buff shows up but not getting any bonus exp currently…
I guess it’s their werid way of saying, "people who didn’t bought BFA but subbed to WoW. " I don’t know. I guess we can call them subbed WoW players. 
It would be awesome to take advantage of IF I had character slots to level new toons…

First of all, thanks Blizzard. This is an awesome gift in a trying time when some of us are stuck in our homes. I know that I surely will take advantage of it on some of my toons.
I do have a question however. Can we turn it off on some toons. For example I have an alt I am slowly (with no heirlooms) leveling though Northrend. I am trying not to use any xp buffs on that toon. If we can’t, that’s ok! Still an awesome gift.

So leveling has been awful for years by design then, if you can simply slap an xp buff without needing major patches or even hotfixes.

Speak for yourself, I welcome the XP buff so I can level some of my Vulpera faster more efficiently.
