You sure about that? I mean the whole reason they are giving what they are in the packs is to make more money which just adding heritage armor doesn’t make them any money at all and a lot of races still lack it even at this point in time.
Hell even my race has gotten it like twice I think? I never use it so I don’t even remember honestly.
Flyers can walk but maybe you want to see all the ground mounts you’ve collected. Since there’s no flying in almost all instances, have a button to get on a ground mount instead.

After checking the fine print, there are “Sha-Warped” (Retail) versions and “Sha-Touched” (Classic) versions of both mounts, the tea set, and the Transmog. They even appear to have different versions of the pet as well, with Merriment being the Retail version, and Joyous for Classic.

I use collect me. u have to toggle the use of flying mounts as ground mounts, so having a seperate list is baked in.
Knew there would be one, but I use the same one for everything i do 
because its groun/flying
It’s 2 mounts, 1 pet, 1 toy and 1 transmog set. That’s actually a really good deal.
But I agree, the tiger should fly!
It’s for both versions of the game. I just didn’t realize the outfit wasn’t available yet.

no it specifically states 3 items for WoW characters and the rest for wow classic characters
If you read the fine print on the purchase page. Every item has a corresponding 1 for Retail or 2 for Classic. All of them are for both versions.

No it does not.
The Sha-Infused Heroic Pack includes the Merriment pet, Tea Set Toy, Cloud Serpent Flying Mount, Riding Tiger Ground Mount, and the Stormsout Collection Transmog Set. All contents of the Sha-Infused Heroic Pack are available for both World of Warcraft Modern and WoW Classic Progression characters.
then why dont they add that to the in game shop description
I buy stuff through the Bnet app. I have no idea what the in game shop says, because the in game shop never has the details.

I don’t know what that means. Bnet app always has all of the details and fine print. In game shop never seems to have all the same info. I only buy stuff from the Bnet app because of this.
As is evident by the fact that you’re not seeing all of the details.
I can’t check, because I already bought it, so the in game shop won’t show me.
