hello everybody, I’m currently new here as a player WOW, I just bought the game yesterday and I instantly hit the boost level to 120
but now I’m confused, what should I do for gears, profession, everything in-game
I need to learn from you guys, and I need a guild too for teaching me everyhing in WOW 
Udiza listed the early 120 gearing process in this old thread. As soon as you hit item level 380, queue for LFR (raidfinder) Eternal Palace it drops 400 gear. You can generally get in mythic dungeons around 390 item level.
Professions are optional only do them if you like to. I never do them and rather spend my time leveling/gearing more characters.
