New Player Experience is Horrendous

I’ve been getting my friend, and son into WoW lately and the new player experience is so bad. I know it’s changing in Midnight, but I no joke am tempted to make addons to improve the experience but am waiting to see how it looks in Midnight.

The quests are confusing, using the UI is not intuitive, the portals to X Y Z are going to the wrong spots, quest tracking is a nightmare. Why send someone to stormwind to talk to Loremaster Cho just to get them lost after getting to Dragonflight, and then not guiding them back to where they need to go because the tracker just stops working, or try’s to send them to god knows where because they got an auto quest for something else.

It would probably help if you elaborated a bit if you wanted them to fix specific bugs.

“The quests are confusing?” Which quests exactly? - They don’t know if you don’t specify.

“using the UI is not intuitive” - In what specific way?

“portals to X Y Z are going to wrong spots” - which portals to where exactly?

I know you are passionate about this, but they cannot fix specific bugs if you are vague with your complaints.

Example, some quest use special action items, some use an item that is in your bag, some use an item that is next to the quest in the tracker log.
