Hi, I recently bought a friend that had never played WoW before a copy of BFA. He tried playing today but it said his account is only a starter edition account.
This makes no sense as he also has level 110 boost from the purchase of BFA available.
How long ago did he sign up? I believe it can take a few hours to activate the account fully
He downloaded it I believe a day ago.
Not sure what’s going on then mate. Is he selecting the correct account from the launcher?
BfA does not come with game time so the account is in starter edition status until game time is applied.
Really? That is beyond silly.
No expansion has ever come with game time included until it was offered recently as one of the Shadowland bundles.
