I have a Ryzen 7 1700, 16 gigs of 3000mhz ram, WD Black Nvme SSD, RTX 2060 …
I have everything cranked all the way up on retail with no slow down. Classic is probably going to be easier to run.

I’ll never understand this mentality. Your not going to want to go 5 mph all the time.
Buy a computer that will last, instead of the minimum. Or you’ll find yourself spending money on it again for the next thing you want to do on it.
im not saying you should only go 5mph, or that you will never go above that
but there are people who really are only interested in computers JUST for classic
so thats why they are asking these questions
my pc runs @ 300-350fps.
turn off the FPS limiter in the graphics setting and watch butter melt
if you’re going to ask about a computer post the specs.
I’ve already got a much better machine than that. lol
I’m happy with my old school Asus rog gaming laptop, it still does the job nicely
This game loves fast CPUs than more core. Quad core with high speed is recommended.
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
32GB DDR4-3200
GTX 1080 Ti
Samsung 960 Pro 512GB
Cannot get 60FPS @ 2560x1440 Level 8 graphics at Boralus.
I bought my stuff right after business took off.
My main computer had an i7 6700k, but I swapped it to the kids, they needed the i7 to run wireless Vive.
i5 6600K OC to 4.4ghz
16 gb ddr 4 @ 3 ghz
Gtx 1080
A few TB of Samsung storage. Some sata, some NvME.
3440 x 1440 100hz screen. Gotta go big to use the gpu to its fullest.
There are pc builder sites that make getting all the components very easy. It tells every component you need, lists an assortment of those components for you to pick from and once you pick one it will even tell you if it’s compatible with all the other components you’ve selected.
Just google pc builder sites and you should find something to help you quite easily.
Hrm, are you thermal throttling by chance? I would go between 70 to 110 in Boralus with my 1080ti a couple of months ago. Everything turned up. However, a guildmate was able to continue to get 120+ on his. Could be you and I did not win the silicon lottery.
This game is really limited by the CPU. If you want to go high FPS with more pixels. You’re gonna want a fast intel core. Core count won’t matter as much, just the frequency
My 1080 FE throttled a lot on stock cooler. I guess that’s why it’s called boost mode, albeit a short boost.
After swapping coolers it goes full throttle no problem.
Nope. Not OCed and runs on Corsair H115i Pro AIO.
Your guildie might be running at lower resolution. FPS also depends on population. Stormrage and Frostmourne server has high pop.
Would’ve helped if you linked it, but I have serious doubts it won’t. Any modern computer should do just fine. I found it, that’s way more than enough, that PC will even run modern games pretty well. They really gimped the PSU and motherboard though
Anyone who’s curious R5 1600, 1660, 16gb@3000, MSI b450, seasonic 500w bronze

You’re going to want at minimum a 17 googaflertz samophlange to get 60fps on max settings. Probably update your graphics engine with new headers and dual exhaust and compress your .exe porter cable for more data transmission efficiency.
You can take it to the electronics department at Wal-Mart for a tune up too. You may even grab one of those 30 day NetZero free trials. They now offer speeds up to 56k!
At the end of the day it’s all about overhead and forced bulk pixel generation. Hope you find one that works for you.
Definitely not. Lv8 at 2560x1440, Stormrage server.
If it meets these system requirements then yes.
