I have already revisited Ardenweald(Magical Fairy Forest of Night), Val’sharah(Wild Forest Sprite Forest) and the Emerald Gardens(Magical Gardens) and took quite a lot of Screenshots of all 3 areas so I have reference points to look at to compare the Emerald Dream to them.

in GW2, there’s never downtime

explain to me how a game that brings in a fraction of the revenue and has a fraction of the budget can achieve 99.99% uptime while this behemoth of a game goes down everytime a patch rolls around?

Imo normal raiding is far easier and faster then LFR

It’ll be down for maintenance until the scheduled time…and then it’ll probably be pushed back at least an hour or two. That’s what usually happens.

My guess would be that it’ll be back up sometime before the new year begins ,

I think they’ve gotten better by getting the servers back up by the estimated time or earlier. But even so, I am currently in a Skyrim kick so I’ll be playing that for the better part of the day.

Probably 6-8 hours, followed by a series of extreme LAG, bugs, and server desyncs, which will cause the servers to be shut down again within 18 standard hours of the servers coming online, for a hotfix and/or bandaid patch to be applied…

Especially in Australia. You oughta see the Giant Spiders, not to mention the Elite Snakes! And the Drop Bears do serious raid wide damage.

I hate spiders so I’d rather not. But I’ve seen them in pictures. There was a vid where a guy shot one with a pistol. I think I would too. lol Drop Bears. Koala are cute but they are quite mean I hear. Same with Pandas.
