Sounds like a skill issue. The changes to frost mage werent even that bad at all and we still got the book, excuse me, the whole damn library thrown at us by everyone and their mother complaining about us. I have yet to see ONE post about sub rogue who has been able to do far worse to classes than frost mage rework was ever capable of doing yet no one bats a damn eye.
Ray of frost going to not be useless and actually be a burst cooldown you have to respect for the first time since legion adn everyone is gonna be losing their minds…

the reality is the rework looks great, but adding a bunch of stuff to the mastery was probably a mistake- ice lance especially
if ray of frost is an issue, it will get a PvP nerf
