I’m confused at how they arrived at the “1.5%” damage nerf from this change. This staggering of combo points has completely slowed everything down, reducing the number of GCDs when waiting for energy to pool because RTB gave bad luck and SS is extremely expensive while having absolutely horrendous damage even with 2pc tier active. I went up 2 average ilvls over reset and I don’t feel like I’m close to competing with my own self from last week.
