I know many people hate the cash shop, but Blizzard and Square-Enix use those shops to gain profit while keeping sub-prices low. While I get wanting something to be in game, If it’s on the cash shop you’ll likely get it sometime in the future. But topics like this won’t stop the cash shop from existing.
