Nothing on wowhead, nor mmo about the Magni/Wrathion line being available to play today. Nothing saying it’s not, but I feel comfortable going out on a limb and saying it’s not available yet. The quest are in the game file for sure, but must be waiting on blizz to flip a switch enabling them.
However, if you hit level 70 on your neck and go to finish the Crucible of Flame questline, Kalecgos isn’t there because he’s apparently gone off to meet Wrathion in the Tavern…
