If Blizzard was the old Blizzard, they would make at least some reference to this. With like a quest green item though. One of the biggest losses to Blizzard has been their sense of humor. I think too many now just don’t know how to throw in a joke without also trying to make some political reference, so they just don’t do it at all.

IIRC there was a shield shaped like the Pick of Destiny at the start of DLs name Rock of Ages, was a white item. Would of been great if it was Purple with the same stats.
Although, outside of that one specific item, really haven’t seen any truly humorous items in DL. Or I haven’t been paying enough attention lol.
