except now it inflates the value of gold, which is why they are botting in the first place. And that value will inflate well beyond the cost of time it takes to switch to a new account.

Forget the haters, this is a fantastic change Blizz. No one needs(key word) to be farming instances that much.
I mean yeah, when the creator/owner of the game says you’re playing it wrong and then changes the game so you can’t play it that way anymore? That’s exactly right.
This is really, really dumb. This doesn’t hurt the botters at all. They will make another account and just keep on trucking. This only hurts legitimate players and no one else. Do the work and actually ban the people that are breaking the rules rather than this solution which is just theater.

Prices of Arcanite Bars and Elemental Earth are going to skyrocket now.
Farming SGC/HoJ/Jed/DME/Mara/ZG ‘legit’ is now much more annoying.
This literally only affects people playing legitimately, as bot accounts will either A) Create a new account for a new character or B) Have characters on multiple servers to bypass.
This is a bad change and is a really silly band-aid solution for a much larger problem.

Good to know that when I raid late on Saturday I’ll have to double check that I don’t lock my self out while spending my weekend to have gold…

avoiding bracket breaking isnt a blizzard limitation, its a choice a player makes. you are 100% free to break brackets if you want to.
Amazing Change, great decision to handle the abuse of the game from players and bots too.

Blizzard you guys are so stupid. Botters have multiple accounts it isn’t going to hurt them its going to hurt your normal players that are trying to boost and do their own instances. If I have to go back to leveling normally while people were able tto get their 60s boosted there isn’t anymore reason to play this stupid thing anymore.

So why do you think this will solve the problem? Given the number of people on my realm doing farming runs in preparation for phase 5, it’s not a far-fetched idea that it will impact most of them.
Imagine turning up to a raid in the evening and be locked out because you did some farming during midnight before you went to sleep, then did more in the morning. OH HEY CYA TOMORROW GUYS SAVE ME THE RAID SPOT.
Maybe you wouldn’t understand that at level 43, forgive me.

SO wrong, I’m sorry if a person wants to play for 20 hours of the day then the sub PAYS for that privilege. Doesn’t matter if it could be “good” for them ya know? Because its not Blizzards job to limit a legitimate players play time “for their own good”. I understand the blanket limit to try to hurt bots but it really is an oppressive action against players who do not bot and there is NO getting around that fact.

This is no way affects bots. If they have it set to run 18 hours a day, 6 hours on each realm is what theyre going to do. This change harms players way too much.

Oh sorry, I wasn’t aware that I was a bot. Not like I farm DM:E jump runs, SGC/HOJ, boosting my buddies through SM for free. But yeah, Blizzard says I’m playing it wrong because im not paying for another account to get around this lockout. You’re exactly right.

I appreciate you guys at least trying now but this Doesn’t solve the problem at all because of people having multiple accounts they will just have to run it on multiple characters.
Also This is EXTREMELY detrimental to Feral druids as if we want to farm MCP for raiding you just put a major handicap on us
