I hear ALL housing come with a Sylvanas body pillow and that if you look in a mirror and say her name 3 times she possesses the body pillow and becomes a permanently killable raid boss.

Typical WoW loot chances of that (so your looking at a 1% chance at best). But if it does happen then Danuser would run out, grab her, then run off.

You can buy exclusive pets, mog, toys, and mounts from the store already. Why would you think that housing would be 100% in game items? Housing is gonna make them bank. I have zero interest in housing in general so this doesn’t affect me in the slightest. I would also totally buy things from the online store if they actually looked good.

It’s probably a premium currency if you look at everything that got datamined. But hey, maybe that blue post saying: “Don’t worry guys: It’s totally not a premium currency” will hit anytime now.
are people surprised? of course they would add housing items to the cash shop. As long as they also keep rewards in-game then this is basically the system they already have in the game. For example, some mounts obtained from raiding, some from the shop. Some gear from the game, some from the shop, etc.
