Too slow but very necessary. Hopefully when Angerforge fills up, you lock it and spin up another fresh start server BEFORE Angerforge reaches 10k queues at prime time like Skyfury has.
1-2k queues at prime time is fine. Anything over 5k on a FRESH START SERVER is just plain negligence and mismanagement.

East Coast has 5 PVP servers, West has 3. I am on East and have no issue with the location of this server. More choice is more choice, BUT the timing seems a bit late in coming.

10days left of the XP boost then its back to 1x.
Benediction and Faerlina don’t really count as PVP servers, Sulfuras is locked, Earthfury is dead and Eranikus is also locked, so I personally think east needed a new pvp server.

best guess for the us-west region is that they intend to merge skyfury and angerforge should their populations drop in the distant future

Then don’t go to that server. You act like someone is forcing you to play there. If you do not like the rules of that server, don’t play on it. Why is this so hard to understand?
You are dramatizing with Flux outrage about something that is 100% your choice. There are other options if you do not like that servers rules.

thats a possibility - they should have name reservations locked on Angerforge with that in mind if they plan to merge them
when are servers going up?
I think they made it West Coast for a possible merge in future
