The Story Forums have become an addiction for me. Maybe this will be the way to wean me off of it.

welp, i barely just got home from a half year trip and the only place i like to read discussions is ending.

at least i'll remember my forum heroes( deathisfinal,treeslot, carmageddon, ariel e all the forsaken+ blood elven front)
i hope that the new forum will be good. but with these news i'll just let this game die for me already and keep the memories <3

I think it only saves the one that were created within the last two weeks. Although I wonder what they are going to do with the ones that are older than two weeks, but are somehow still being discussed. Are there any like that, other than the lounge?

I suspect its talking about shortening the current 1min cooldown between posts.

I expected these forums to be down by now for them to delete everything and give us new Overwatch style safespace forums?

Lul, I don't think the community managers have enough reading skills to successfully pull this off (3slot perma banned cause he was a jokester while actual trolls insulting other players are still posting in this place... yeah no, I'll pass on nuBlizz brand of "post toxicity" tyvm).

I suppose I'll have to thank them for finally giving me true motivation to leave this place so... I guess time to move permanently to Discord!! (Not sure if happy or not news for Anya et al... only time will tell).

I used to frequent the Discord.

Not really sure why I stopped though. Wasn't like I decided to stop visiting. Just sorta... stopped going one day.

I think it was just getting too cluttered. There are way too many rooms in that place.

I find the main channels too "busy", so I only visit the side channels and post there. I like to have conversations, and the posts come so fast in the main channels that any conversation attempts get swept away.

Also, I'm a special snowflake who deserves attention dammit!

This made me unironically feel sad. I enjoy the frequent posters here on SF, and I know many people will stop with the new forums.
