A post being restored doesn’t mean an idea is a good idea. They’ve restored the thread because they didn’t find the thread to be breaching the Forum Code of Conduct.

Riiight so if i want to block said person… how do i go about doing that and would people that dont post anon be forced to pick a posting toon?

They probably removed that thread because of a different reason, and not exactly of the topic itself. I’ll put it this way, my thread, which was a BTag thread, was flagged, and restored a total of 6 times. Then locked because of people in the thread trolling the thread to get it shut down and people replying to the trolling.

There is a number of reasons why they could’ve removed a thread, and it isn’t always limited to the topic itself.

We can’t trust players with in game toys to not crash servers. You think anonymous posting would go over any better? Not a lot of logic in those thoughts is there?

exactly. you would not be able to stalk anyone for their thoughts shared in warcraft forums.

so basically mostly those who like stalking and harassing are opposing this idea.
