Hello, not going to have a chance to test for myself for a bit and had a few questions about the targetable earthquake.
Does it continue if the target dies?
It doesn’t specify the target has to be hostile, can I cast on a party/raid member or even just random people?
Is it dispellable? Mass dispellable?
Its not a buff/debuff. Its not tied to a pc/npc. Its just being cast @ target. It functions the same as before.
Ah, ok. So it doesn’t follow the target? Basically just places it at their feet.
Correct. Just makes the placement generally smoother.

I tried it last night. It is cast at the target’s location, so the target dying does not matter. The target must be hostile. It is not dispellable because it is a ground effect.
