Other than Haranir, are we getting any new druid forms? I don’t believe we got any for War Within so I assumed we’d get some for Midnight, but searching anywhere on the web only leads me to find the new race exclusive forms. Anyone know?

No one knows yet. We didn’t get any in TWW although that may have been because the logical place for it to happen was the RootLands™ that got pulled form TWW to be added to Midnight. So there’s a reasonable chance that we will seem something new in Midnight.
At least I’m hoping that’s the case. Blizzard has been entirely silent on anything for Druids since… well for a very long time.
yea. another sucky druid form batch. smh blizzard. give us void bears and void cats. and void anu’relos form and a void treant. etc. these haranir forms suck.

Personally I like the Haranir druid forms but I 100% can see why people wouldn’t. I’m really hoping we get more forms that aren’t just bears and cats, seeing other creatures would introduce a lot to the shapeshifter fantasy we all signed up for imo

I’m really hoping OG races get some love because my worgen druid forms are looking increasingly pathetic with each new allied race that comes out.
Even more so considering we don’t even have our own moonkin and travel forms.

Yea, they’re not bad. But they’re more cute that fierce. Just not my thing. I miss when warcraft was more war than crafting.
Hoping the Rootlands have some new tricks for an old Druid.

Yeah, I’ve been wanting more crazy forms for a while now. Nightmare treant, spiders and rats for feral, crabs and turtles for guardian, things like that. I don’t mind cute but we have really struggled to play into the shapeshifter fantasy I feel by only either having cats or bears, with moonkin of course. I hope we get to see more forms play out this expansion because I haven’t seen anything about new forms yet still at all…
Last expansion kinda fumbled my want to play Druid because we really didn’t get anything in TWW.

eh, historically speaking, Blizzard updates druid forms very rarely. If we are going off of vanilla, first model update to the forms was Wotlk, roughly 4 years later. Here is a general timeline:
-
2 years after that, fire cat was introduced (new coloration of existing cat form)

4 years later, Saberon form introduced in WoD, which was removed the next expac (I believe because the animations were pretty bad, but I did like the form)

2 years later, probably the biggest update to druid forms in Legion, out of all expansions released

2 years later, race specific druid forms released (Kul Tiran and Zandalari, which are re-colors)
-
2 years later, new coloration of bear form introduced (from Legion)
-
2 years later, Dragonflight, new colorations of forms added (and a updated moonkin model)
-
4 years later - New race specific druid forms being released (Haranir)
So we get actual new forms quite rarely, and it is mostly re-colors that we receive periodically.

Yeah, I’ve been on and off WoW for a long time and always stayed with Drood. I do really wish we’d get more forms, or just the ability to copy the form of a beast that suits feral/guardian forms. Feels boring only having bears and cats for the past 20 yeare

I think that this time around the art team needs to focus on updating baseline Druid forms for older races such as Night Elves, Trolls, Tauren, etc. These just don’t have the same level of visual fidelity as the newer races.

I would not be upset if they brought back a reskinned version of claws of shirvalla, but purely cosmetic with a variety of fur patterns/tints and an uprez.
Imagine partial armor like drac’s. Would be so neat.

If they used finishing reagents, to craft pieces that specifically had the ability to “peak through” bear, cat, or tree forms it would give players a lot of agency in choosing when and which armor showed up on their forms.
That alone would create huge variety for Druids. But it would also be great if they let our weapon illusions show when our weapons transformed into claws.

More seriously, I wish we could just get some more colors for some of the base forms, such as a white tiger, white lion, snow leapord.
The smaller races like gnomes could be a Lynx or something; Orcs could get something like a boar.
There’s a bunch of options Blizzard just needs to implement.

I like the Haranir forms… I just wish my Worgen could use them 
Love their animations (all their dances are great–especially their were"bear" with the ground beating + sable ground travel form just groovin’)
Not to mention… Their “bear” form can actually lay down/sleep! (Don’t have original werebear but I know Fel werebear + Aurostar/wood werebear form can’t)

Really thought the end of the FurBolg language quest in DragonFlight would have introduced a winter FurBolgs form. Would be kool if we could do something with that language learned in RootLands™.

They’ll likely include some options such as mane colour + eye colour + ear shape. Similar to the Haranir. Haranir cant be the only race with this mass amounts of customization. Seems a bit RACIST if you ask me.

Same could be asked of Fel, but the Fel FurBolg has been very popular. … and Midnight will open up a lot of void cans.
