I’m really interested in the idea of hybrid forms. Half player character, half animal of your choice. I think it could be really fun and iconic for all forms, but at the very least would make sense as a new Balance Druid form.
Think Dryad, Harpy, or maybe something more tame like the Malfurion Stormrage look. Or something way more outside of the box like a serpentine Naga look, or a Cecaelia, or even a flat out Mermaid. I think it could be really fun and incredibly interesting, especially if given the option to customize each form in the barbershop to make it more personalized to the player.
What are your thoughts, ideas, and opinions on this topic?

I think it sounds fantastic!
They wouldn’t need to do a crazy amount of work because moonkin forms dont wear gear so it would only need a weapon fixture point similar to the original boomkin.
You are so right in that currently there is very minimal customization available to balance druids and there are already many ideas that could be utilized from ingame. I would personally be stoked with even one or two additions along with the ability to just cast in caster form like malfurion/tyrande.

Hopefully they do something so looking at it now balance get screwed i think it would be nice if you could pick and change to look like any moonkin of your fraction because i really like the new troll cat and bear forms but hate their moonkin form
