They are corrupted. It’s why they were kicked out of Quel’thalas, because the void corruption was a danger to Sunwell.
I’m ok with this as long as the undead skins stay DK only.
Yeah, no point with allowing undead skins.
But the hair colors are too awesome to be restricted and don’t clash with living skins at all.
I particularly like the blood elf, human, night elf, gnome and dwarf DK-exclusive hair colors. Check them in the character creation! They are awesome!

Wasn’t DK’s supposed to be fallen crusaders or something like that? 
They were but they don’t feel like that anymore. Pretty much their own distinct 3 things.
Unholy is prolly the closest to a Dark Paladin theme, but it’s more of a Necromancer vibe.
Yeah, that’s true. I dunno, I never really got much into the whole DK feel. I have played a DK, and I do agree, they don’t really feel like a fallen crusader.

That was the previous generation of them the playable ones are simply fallen heroes that was raised and empowered by the lich king.
Some of us never did 
There were a few of us watching everything going on in the Tolegrus Rift & High Elf Wayfarers and such guess we called it. 
Knew something was going on.

Off-topic, but the one customization I’d really like to see in this game is being able to be left-handed.

Hopefully they rectify that immediately… because as history has shown multiple times, if its not fixed before it goes live, something “minor” like this will never get fixed… no matter how irritating it is to the players… For crying out loud, Gnomes STILL have the wrong number of toes… It’s been 20 years… you’d think it would have been fixed by now…

Something tells me the mock ups were very quick “proof of concept” style pictures rather than the actual models that they’re planning on having available.
Swapping the underwear color palletes shouldn’t be too big of a job, but neither was it trivial enough to just do it then and there for the sake of the preview.
I wouldn’t be too worried about it, I’m pretty sure it’ll be addressed by the time these options even show up in the alpha.
(Observation): Night Elves had proper agelessness from Nozdormu so that shouldn’t really be the case for them. Not that I’m against some aged faces since time is starting to catch up to them. Or at least it was as of Cataclysm. It’s no longer something they bring up as much.
(Commentary): There doesn’t seem a reason to make Alleria look old either. She’s about 4,000 (given the extra thousand years in the Twisting Nether), but Lorash is over 7,000 and still young and spry enough to go on a murder spree in Ashenvale during the War of Thorns.

@Linxy could you comment on if Void Elf’s will get some if not all the hair color options of the Blood Elf’s (Blonde, Burnett, Red, & ect.)?
Can a Thalassian even get that old? …Isn’t that older than their kingdom?
