Again, just because some people have done it in the past doesn’t mean that everyone who holds that opinion is a hivemind who will do the same.

Archmage is like, “Hey maybe we could not attack people asking for Void Elf customizations.”
And the conversation is, “How about we don’t attack people asking for Blood Elf customizations… and we try to understand the feelings of the people who are attacking you for Void Elf customizations.”
So in other words, “Shove Off.”

No. I’m responding to someone else who is continuously crying about me pointing out people who are demanding another High Elf theme out of fairness but need me to supply the idea that it be Dark Rangers are disengenuous in their request for Blood Elf things.
You aren’t attacking me. You’re just green-lighting attacks against Void Elf requests but insisting Blood Elf requests not be harassed even though no one Is harassing those requests.

It’s almost nostalgic at this point. It’s nice to be back getting told you’re a bad person for holding an opinion about video game elves.
Especially since now it seems like a few people who were doing that very thing a few weeks ago are now the ones saying that’s a bad thing to do.

People should be free to ask whatever they want, as much they want, for whatever race they want. It’s up to Blizzard to decide when or how they’ll deliver it, our job is to keep asking until that happens.
Like I said before Ion stated that customizations are an ongoing project. So, stop wasting time complaining about what others are asking, and focus on your desires, if you get enough support surely it’ll be addressed one way or another.

And people are free to say their opinion is that Blizzard needs to work on the core races first. That’s not an attack on VE requests.
If it’s used as an excuse to try to shut down Void Elf customization requests/talk then it surely is.

If you are a Void Elf player, the suggestion that you wait for a customization you have been previewed then it isn’t strange that they would take it negatively.
“Wait until I get what I want first.”
And an ambiguous. “What I want.” At that.

I mean, I guess it’s nice that they don’t have a way to counter the desire to protect aspects of the story people like, so they have to try and force the conversation into a direction that doesn’t allow that type of request. “No no, what you want doesn’t matter, now tell us what new thing you want added so you’ll stop talking about the things you like getting messed with.”

That’s not what’s being done that’s the story you’re running with probably because it conflicts with you wanting more things now.
If you don’t have a problem with the idea of BEs getting more attention before VEs then the issue is moot, if you do then we disagree, but it’s not an attack on VE requests.

I honestly hope Blizzard takes all of the passion surrounding who wants what for which race and runs with it to give everybody a wealth of great options.
I’m not holding my breath, but it would be nice.

As a nelf fan i would be upset if nightborne got more skin tones similar to nelf ones, and new eye colors while nelf get bracers and body jewelry.
Belf players don’t want velfs to get more options before them, belfs are the core race, seems fair to me.
