Male draenei:

  • can select beard and tentacles separately.
  • Some AWESOME beard styles!
  • Crest/hair style are still locked together (for obvious reasons), but several new ones.
  • Short tail option (current is the long one)

Female Draenei

  • Awesome new hair options. Yes, including FULL bald. Many of the styles would be sooooo good on void/blood elves, you wouldn’t believe.
  • New horn options
  • Hair decoration on/off (seems buggy, only very few hairstyles have it for now)
  • Headress
  • Thick/slim tendrils on face (current are the slim ones)
  • Tail length and decorations: short, medium, long, with or without decorations. (Current is the undecorated medium one)

Worgen (both genders)

  • New fur colors
  • Eye color selection
  • Ear selection
  • Beard (Male)/hair (female) selection apart from ears now.
  • Human form customized apart from worgen form. All human options available.

Confirmed: everyone can be bald.
